Our wedding will unfold over a celebratory weekend at Crazy Mountain Ranch, giving our closest friends and family time to settle in, explore the landscape, and enjoy this remarkable place together.
The accommodation rate onsite includes daily breakfast and lunch, and access to the ranch’s insane amount of activities so that the weekend may be experienced at an unhurried pace.
Each evening, our families look forward to hosting dinners and cocktails - we cannot wait to gather and celebrate with you.

Accommodation is a preference, not a guarantee. We’ll do our absolute best to place everyone according to their choices, but some flexibility will help us make the weekend work smoothly and keep costs reasonable for all.

Where You’ll Stay
On the Ranch
(Full Experience)
On-ranch accommodation falls into three formats, all part of the Crazy Mountain Ranch weekend:
Rooms in Town
A selection of comfortable rooms within the ranch village, a short walk from the saloon and all wedding events. There are a few different room tiers, varying in size and finish, but all are well-appointed and central.
Under the Starlight – Canvas Tents
A small number of beautifully set-up canvas tents for guests who’ve already opted in. Proper beds, proper linens, and Montana skies overhead. Rustic, but luxurious.
Cabin Rendezvous (17-person lodge)
A large newly renovated shared cabin just outside the village, reached by a short off-road ATV ride. Social, lively, and very much part of the adventure. Best if you’re happy sharing and leaning into the weekend.
Pricing
Rooms are approximately $250–$400 (£185–£295) per person, per night, depending on your room.

All costs are settled in advance as part of the room package. There are no on-site payment facilities during the weekend.

Day Pricing
$150 (£110) per person, per day for everything you get staying on ranch just excluding accommodation. Great option if on-ranch pricing feels steep - you won’t miss a thing.

Pricing VARIES
This is the most flexible option. We recommend this for the most independent guests, wanting separation from the venue and their accommodations.
Help us place you well
To help us accommodate as many people as possible, who want to stay on ranch, we’ll ask a few extra questions in the RSVP. Please be honest — it really helps.
Once you share your room preference, we will follow up via email between March 1st and April 1st to confirm pricing and assign your accommodations.
